Once the tutor is selected, the parent pays the admin (qurantuitions.com) through a secure payment gateway, the fee per hour as set by the selected tutor. Prior to every session, the parent pays the fee. Alternatively, the parent can also prepay through a wallet system. Every time a session is completed, the amount is deducted from wallet funds.
Tutor Payment Cycle
The tutor gets paid every 15 days (1st and 15th of every month).
Cancellation Policy
The student can cancel the booking 24 hours prior to booking time, while the tutor can cancel any time before the scheduled booking time.
Refunds
The tutor gets paid only after the student confirms the session is complete. In the event the student is not satisfied, the student can raise a complaint or ticket via the dashboard. Admin will then enquire and take a decision accordingly.
Admin Service Fee
The admin service fee is 10% of the billed amount. For example, if the net tutor income for 15 days is $50, the tutor receives $45 after deduction of the 10% admin service fee. VAT (as applicable) is part of checkout billing and is payable by the student.
